Huge shoutout to Luca at Sun Tan City! The system was completely down and she was working all by herself, but she handled it like a total pro. She was calm, super friendly, and did everything she could to make sure everyone was happy. You could tell she really cared and was doing her best even under pressure. Definitely deserves some recognition for how hard she worked today!

My experience of the Alcoa, Tn staff are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and very helpful. I don’t think I have ever had a “bad” visit. Yes, the salon is busier at certain times of the year, but the staff moves you through the line as quick as possible. I use up to 4 different stations a visit. The visits is have been enjoyable and positive. Also, the equipment is current, nice, and well maintained. I have really enjoyed the addition of the Spa treatments too.
